For the Session 2026/2027 the Annual fee is payable in two instalments :  Sept – Dec £35 and Jan-Mar £35. This works out at approx £3 per meeting and allows you to take part in the competitions.

GDPR – PRIVACY NOTICE

Greenock Writers’ Club has your contact details because you have attended one of our meetings in the last 12 months. We only use these details to send you information about our future meetings and activities, and events run by SAW and other relevant writing groups. We do this because it is in the legitimate interest of our group to publicise these sessions to regular attendees. Your details are stored securely by our committee and will be deleted if you do not attend a session for 12 months. You can ask us to amend or delete your details at any time by contacting the Secretary. Your data will be removed within one month if you end your membership of the Club.

Photography

Greenock Writers’ Club may occasionally take photographs and videos to promote our activities. You have the option to agree or decline the use of your image. By selecting ‘Yes,’ you consent to the use of your image in all media platforms, including print (e.g., newspapers, brochures) and electronic formats (e.g., websites, e-flyers), as well as social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. If you do *not* want your image to be used, please select ‘No’.
